Timeline Updated

Back when I had first gotten my two year green card, I put my entire immigration timeline into a picture (see post here). Well, now that I'm done with another step (ROC), I decided to update that image with all the important dates.

Voila:

Since this is a lot more detailed than the list of dates that was permanently on the right side of my blog, I decided to take down that list and just replace it with this image instead (it enlarges when you click on it).

    Hi Saylin,
    I have been researching for my case and luckily found your blog. I am the primary beneficiary of the petition of my us citizen father, while waiting for my petition to be approved I got pregnant, my child is now 6 yrs. Old (born out of wedlock) and I am done with my ds-260 and will then send aos package and iv package to nvc. My concern is my daughter, how can I bring her with me to the US? Is there a form or any way she can share benefits with me in going to the us? Thank you

      Sorry, I really only know the procedures for IR-1/CR-1 applicants. I'd suggest going to visajourney.com and looking around there for an answer.
