Due to workload at VC, the Vermont Center transferred my case to CA Center and I received a letter to that action. But since Sept 20, I have not heard from CA center and the e-inquired declined my request on grounds that my case is within processing time. Has any June applicants received their renewed cards? Thank you.
Are you applying for I-751? You don't specify. If you are, I don't know about June applicants, but most of the May transferee applicants have been approved. I only know about May filers; I don't pay attention to other filers.
Hi Goodmorning, I am so happy but so nervous, I just want to make sure everything is in place for my husband interview. Anyway my question is, on my most recent Tax return for 2013 my gross pay $41140.77, my total household size is 6 this includes my husband that I am sponsoring, I have meet the minimum poverty guideline, do you know he will be ok at the interview. I am afraid the household size and income is too close of a margin. Thanks in advance
You're definitely cutting it close to the poverty line (about $2k). It's all up to the CO at the interview though. Some consulates/embassies are stricter than others and prefer the income to be well over the line. You'll just have to wait and see what they say.
