  1. Hello Lindsay, I have submitted my DS-260 online around 3rd quarter of 2014 and receipt has been acknowledged by the NVC. For now, I have yet to submit supporting documents. My problem is that I have written my old passport number in the DS-260 form which will expire March 2015. I have since gotten a new one and I'm wondering on whether I should submit to the NVC along with my other documents, a photocopy of my old passport or the new one? Thank you.

    1. No need, just send a copy of your new one. You can bring a copy of the old one to the interview, but it'll likely not be needed.

    1. Do you still need help with this? If so, can you be more clear on what you're asking, as I don't know what you're trying to say.

  4. Hi, this is probably not the best platform to ask this question, but I could't find any other way to contact you. I created an account on visa journey last week. I validated my account by clicking on the link provided in my e-mail.

My concern is that I am unable to post any comments and neither am I able to create any threads. Basically I am only able to view posts from others. Can you please assist me in determining how I can make posts?

  5. Hello Lindsay, I am filling the DS-260 for my mom and dad. They r outside of the unite states now. On the "Family Information: Spouse" section, There are two questions.
--Is your spouse immigrating to the US with you?
--Is your spouse immigrating to the US at a later date to join you?
My mom and my dad is two case number, but should interview together, so in my situation what answer I should choice?
Also the same problem on the "family information: children " section,
I submitted my brother's I-130 at the same time with my mom and my dad, His case have been approved and send to the NVC already, but I still didn't receive any mail of his case for the next step from the NVC, so the questions on the DS-260 for my mom about my brother
--Is this child immigrating to the US with you?
--Is this child immigrating to the US at a later date to join you?
What answer I should choice? Thank you.
